What is a claim link?

It is the product you buy during a live show. The host announces which link to use for which box — it is simply how you order while the stream is running.

How do I know which link to buy?

Follow the host's instructions during the stream; each link is announced with the series it applies to. If you are unsure, ask in the live chat before you check out.

Can I choose which figure I get?

Blind boxes are random by design and draw probabilities are announced live. What we do promise: whatever is opened on stream is what ships to you.

Can I have my box opened live?

Yes. Put your live stream username and your instructions in the order notes and we will open it on stream.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Free worldwide shipping is included on every order.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. The actual delivery time depends on the carrier and destination, so please treat the estimate as a guide rather than a guaranteed date.

What about returns?

Blind boxes are random and opened items cannot be resold, so opened boxes cannot be returned or exchanged. That rule is on every product page. For anything else, email easonyu008@outlook.com.
